In the Cologne district Nippes, a all-new residential area with more than 1,000 apartments is being built on 14.5 ha of the old industrial area of the Clouth Gummiwerke. All the more appealing and challenging was the task of the Counterpart Group to design a marketing strategy for the largest commercial property on the site: Clouth 104. The defining monument-protected brick facade with industrial character, the location in Cologne Nippes, as well as a culture that combines work with life formed the framework. Building on this, Counterpart developed a marketing strategy consisting of few - yet concise - stylistic elements with great effect - fitting to the puristic and modern appearance of the property itself. The marketing brochure became very popular and was practically torn out of the hands of project developers and architects. This was achieved by an impressive production with suitable imagery that was creatively staged with stylistic elements. Moreover, Counterpart designed a fitting online presence with accompanying PR measures.
